All of the terms for eco-friendly business practices — including “CSR,” “sustainability,” “corporate citizenship” and “triple bottom line” — are jargon and confusing, Steve Voien writes at GreenBiz.com. It’s time for a rebranding exercise to create a sharper and more specific label, he argues.
